Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of "ReVive" (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), operated by Big Team I&C Co., Ltd. (the "E-Commerce Business Operator"), and its users in connection with the use of internet-related services (the "Services") provided by "ReVive".

※「These terms and conditions shall apply mutatis mutandis to e-commerce conducted via PC communication, mobile networks, or other methods, provided they do not contradict the nature of the transaction.」

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • ① "ReVive" refers to the virtual marketplace established by Big Team I&C Co., Ltd., using computers and other information and communication equipment, to enable transactions of goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods, etc.") with users. The term also refers to the business entity operating "ReVive".
  • ② ‘User’ refers to any individual accessing "ReVive" to receive services provided by "ReVive" under these terms and conditions, including both members and non-members.
  • ③ ‘Member’ refers to an individual who has registered as a member of "ReVive" and can continuously use the services provided by "ReVive".
  • ④ ‘Non-Member’ refers to an individual who uses the services provided by "ReVive" without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

  • ① “ReVive” shall post the content of these terms and conditions, along with the company name, representative’s name, business address (including an address for handling consumer complaints), telephone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, e-commerce registration number, and personal information manager's details, on the initial service screen (main page) of "ReVive" in a manner easily accessible to users. The content of the terms and conditions may also be made available via a linked page.
  • ② Before obtaining user agreement to these terms and conditions, “ReVive” must provide a separate linked screen or pop-up screen to ensure users can review and confirm key provisions, such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibilities, and refund conditions, in a clear and understandable manner.
  • ③ "ReVive" may revise these terms and conditions within the bounds of applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, and the Framework Act on Consumers.
  • ④ If "ReVive" amends the terms and conditions, it shall specify the effective date and the reasons for the amendment, and notify users by posting the current and amended terms on the initial screen of "ReVive" for at least seven days prior to the effective date until the day before the amendment takes effect. For amendments unfavorable to users, a notice period of at least 30 days shall be provided. In such cases, "ReVive" shall clearly compare and display the differences between the current and amended terms to facilitate user understanding.
  • ⑤ Amended terms shall apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date. Contracts concluded before the effective date shall remain governed by the previous terms. However, if a user notifies "ReVive" within the notice period for the amended terms that they wish to have the revised terms apply to an existing contract, and"ReVive" consents, the revised terms shall apply.
  • ⑥ Matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions and their interpretation shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines for E-Commerce established by the Fair Trade Commission, and other relevant laws or customary practices.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

  • ① "ReVive" performs the following tasks
    • 1. Providing information about goods or services and facilitating the conclusion of purchase contracts.
    • 2. Delivering goods or services for which purchase contracts have been concluded.
    • 3. Other tasks as determined by "ReVive".
  • ② If goods or services become unavailable or changes in technical specifications occur, "ReVive" may modify the contents of goods or services to be provided under future contracts. In such cases, the modified goods or services, along with their provision date, shall be immediately announced at the location where the current goods or services are described.
  • ③ If "ReVive" changes the content of services agreed upon in a contract with a user due to unavailability of goods or changes in technical specifications, "ReVive" shall immediately notify the user at an address where they can be reached.
  • ④ In the event of Paragraph 3, "ReVive" shall compensate users for damages incurred due to the changes. However, this does not apply if "ReVive" proves that there was no intent or negligence on its part.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

  • ① "ReVive" may temporarily suspend the provision of services due to maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of computers or other information and communication equipment, or interruption of communication.
  • ② "ReVive" shall compensate users or third parties for damages caused by the temporary suspension of services under Paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply if "ReVive" proves that there was no intent or negligence.
  • ③ If "ReVive" becomes unable to provide services due to reasons such as a business transition, business closure, or merger with another company, it shall notify users in accordance with Article 8 and compensate consumers based on the conditions originally presented by "ReVive". If compensation standards have not been announced, "ReVive" shall pay users in cash or equivalent goods corresponding to the value of their mileage points or accumulated credits as recognized within "ReVive"’s system.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

  • ① Users may apply for membership by completing the registration form provided by "ReVive" and indicating their consent to these terms and conditions.
  • ② "ReVive" shall approve membership applications unless the applicant falls under any of the following categories:
    • 1. The applicant has previously lost membership status under Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these terms, except for cases where more than three years have passed since the loss of membership and the applicant has obtained approval from "ReVive" for re-registration.
    • 2. The application contains false information, omissions, or errors.
    • 3. "ReVive" determines that registering the applicant as a member would cause significant technical difficulties.
  • ③ The membership contract is established at the moment "ReVive"’s acceptance of the application is delivered to the applicant.
  • ④ Members must promptly notify "ReVive" of any changes to the information provided at the time of registration. Notification should be made within a reasonable period using methods such as modifying member information.

Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)

  • ① Members may request to withdraw their membership from "ReVive" at any time, and "ReVive" shall promptly process the withdrawal.
  • ② "ReVive" may restrict or suspend a member’s qualifications if the member falls under any of the following conditions:
    • 1. Providing false information during the membership application process.
    • 2. Failing to pay for goods purchased through "ReVive" or other debts related to the use of "ReVive" by the due date.
    • 3. Interfering with another person’s use of "ReVive" or stealing their information, thereby disrupting e-commerce order.
    • 4. Using "ReVive" to engage in activities prohibited by laws, these terms, or public morals.
  • ③ If the same violation is repeated twice or more, or if the cause of restriction or suspension is not resolved within 30 days, "ReVive" may revoke the member’s qualifications.
  • ④ When "ReVive" disqualifies a member, the membership registration shall be canceled. In this case, "ReVive" shall notify the member of the disqualification and provide a minimum of 30 days before the cancellation to allow the member an opportunity to present their case.

Article 8 (Notifications to Members)

  • ① "ReVive" may notify members via the email address pre-designated by the member when registering with "ReVive".
  • ② For notifications to a large, unspecified number of members, "ReVive" may substitute individual notifications by posting the notification on the "ReVive" bulletin board for at least one week. However, individual notifications shall be made for matters that significantly affect the member's transactions.

Article 9 (Purchase Applications and Consent to Provide Personal Information)

  • ① Users of "ReVive" may apply for purchases using methods similar to the following, and "ReVive" must provide the following information in an easily understandable manner during the purchase process:
    • 1. Searching for and selecting goods or services.
    • 2. Entering information about the recipient, such as name, address, phone number, email address (or mobile phone number).
    • 3. Confirming details regarding terms and conditions, limitations on the right of withdrawal, delivery fees, installation costs, and other charges.
    • 4. Indicating consent or refusal to the terms and confirmation of the details in Paragraph 3 (e.g., clicking a checkbox).
    • 5. Confirming the purchase application and agreeing to "ReVive"'s acknowledgment of the application.
    • 6. Selecting a payment method.
  • ② If "ReVive" needs to provide a buyer’s personal information to a third party, it must notify the buyer and obtain consent by disclosing: 1) The recipient of the personal information. 2)The purpose of the recipient’s use of the personal information. 3) The items of personal information provided. 4) The retention and usage period of the personal information by the recipient. The same applies if there are any changes to the agreed terms.
  • ③ If "ReVive" delegates the handling of a buyer’s personal information to a third party, it must notify the buyer and obtain consent by disclosing: 1) The entity entrusted with handling the personal information. 2) The scope of the delegated tasks. The same applies if there are changes to the agreed terms. However, if the delegation is necessary for service delivery or enhances buyer convenience, "ReVive" may notify the buyer via the Privacy Policy, as permitted by the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, without requiring a separate notification and consent process.

Article 10 (Formation of Contract)

  • ① "ReVive" may refuse to accept purchase applications in the following cases. However, in cases where a minor enters into a contract, "ReVive" must inform the minor or their legal representative that the contract can be canceled if the legal representative’s consent is not obtained:
    • 1. The application contains false information, omissions, or errors.
    • 2. The applicant is a minor attempting to purchase goods or services prohibited under the Youth Protection Act, such as tobacco or alcohol.
    • 3. Accepting the purchase application would cause significant technical issues for "ReVive".
  • ② A contract is considered formed when "ReVive"’s acceptance reaches the user in the form of a confirmation notification as defined in Article 12, Paragraph 1.
  • ③ "ReVive"’s acceptance must include information confirming the user’s purchase application, the availability of the goods, and details regarding corrections or cancellations of the purchase application.

Article 11 (Payment Methods)

Users may pay for goods or services purchased through "ReVive" using any of the following methods. "ReVive" shall not charge any additional fees related to the payment method chosen by the user:

    • 1. Various account transfers such as phone banking, internet banking, or mail banking.
    • 2. Payment via prepaid cards, debit cards, or credit cards.
    • 3. Online bank deposits without a passbook.
    • 4. Payment using electronic currency.
    • 5. Payment upon receipt of goods.
    • 6. Payment using points or mileage provided by "ReVive".
    • 7. Payment using gift certificates contracted or recognized by "ReVive".
    • 8. Payment via other electronic methods.

Article 12 (Confirmation Notification and Changes or Cancellation of Purchase Application)

  • ① “"ReVive"" shall notify the user upon receiving a purchase application.
  • ② Upon receiving the confirmation notification, the user may request changes or cancellation of the purchase application if there is a discrepancy. "ReVive" shall promptly handle such requests if made before shipment. However, if payment has already been made, the provisions regarding withdrawal of subscription in Article 15 shall apply.

Article 13 (Supply of Goods)

  • ① Unless otherwise agreed upon with the user, "ReVive" shall take necessary actions, such as order preparation and packaging, to deliver the goods within seven days from the date of the user’s application. If "ReVive" has already received full or partial payment for the goods, these actions must be taken within three business days from the payment date. "ReVive" must also provide means for the user to check the progress of the supply process.
  • ② "ReVive" shall specify the delivery method, party responsible for delivery costs, and the estimated delivery time for goods purchased by the user. If "ReVive" exceeds the agreed delivery period, it shall compensate the user for any resulting damages, unless "ReVive" can prove the delay was not caused by intent or negligence.

Article 14 (Refunds)

If "ReVive" is unable to deliver or provide the goods purchased by a user due to reasons such as being out of stock, it shall notify the user without delay. If payment has already been made, "ReVive" shall refund the payment or take necessary refund measures within three business days.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of Subscription)

  • ① Users who have entered into a purchase contract with "ReVive" may withdraw their subscription within seven days from the day they receive a written contract or the goods (whichever is later), in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Exceptions apply if otherwise specified by the Act.
  • ② Users may not request returns or exchanges in the following cases:
    • 1. The goods are damaged or destroyed due to reasons attributable to the user (except for damage to packaging necessary for checking the contents).
    • 2. The goods' value has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption.
    • 3. The goods' value has significantly diminished over time, making resale difficult.
    • 4. If the goods are easily replicable, and the packaging of the original goods has been damaged.
  • ③ If "ReVive" has not clearly stated any restrictions on withdrawal or provided trial goods, the user's withdrawal rights shall not be limited, even in cases outlined in Paragraph 2, Subparagraphs 2 to 4.
  • ④ Users may withdraw their subscription within three months from the delivery date or 30 days from discovering that the goods do not match their description or contract terms.

Article 16 (Effects of Withdrawal)

  • ① Upon receiving returned goods, "ReVive" shall refund the payment within three business days. If delayed, "ReVive" shall pay late interest as specified by the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
  • ② If the user paid via credit card or electronic currency, "ReVive" shall immediately request the payment processor to cancel the charge.
  • ③ Users are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are returned due to mismatched descriptions or contract terms, in which case "ReVive" bears the cost.
  • ④ If users paid shipping fees upon receiving goods, "ReVive" must clearly indicate who bears the cost upon withdrawal.

Article 17 (Personal Information Protection)

  • ① "ReVive" collects only the minimum personal information necessary to provide its services.
  • ② “"ReVive"" does not preemptively collect information required for fulfilling purchase contracts during membership registration. However, minimal specific personal information may be collected for identity verification when legally required before the contract.
  • ③ When collecting or using personal information, "ReVive" notifies the user of the purpose and obtains consent.
  • ④ Collected personal information shall not be used for purposes beyond the original intent. If a new purpose arises or the information needs to be provided to a third party, "ReVive" will notify the user and obtain consent. Exceptions apply where laws stipulate otherwise.
  • ⑤ When obtaining user consent for personal information collection or use, "ReVive" shall disclose the identity of the person responsible for managing personal information (department, name, phone number, and other contact details), the purpose of collection and use, and any information-sharing with third parties (recipients, purpose, and details). Users may withdraw their consent at any time.
  • ⑥ Users may access and request corrections to their personal information at any time. "ReVive" shall act promptly on such requests. Until corrections are made, "ReVive" shall not use the erroneous personal information.

  • ⑦ "ReVive" restricts access to user personal information to the minimum number of personnel required. "ReVive" is fully responsible for damages caused by the loss, theft, leakage, unauthorized third-party access, or alteration of user personal information, including sensiti
  • ⑧ "ReVive" or third parties receiving personal information from "ReVive" shall destroy the information immediately once the purpose of collection or use has been fulfilled.
  • ⑨ "ReVive" does not pre-select consent options for personal information collection or use. If users refuse consent, "ReVive" must clearly indicate which services will be limited. Refusal to provide non-essential personal information cannot be used as a reason to deny membership or service access.

Article 18 (Obligations of "ReVive")

  • ① "ReVive" shall not engage in activities prohibited by laws, these terms, or public morals. It shall strive to continuously and reliably provide goods and services as stipulated in these terms.
  • ② "ReVive" must implement robust security systems to protect users’ personal information, including financial information, ensuring safe use of internet services.

  • ④ "ReVive" shall not send unsolicited commercial emails for profit to users who do not wish to receive them.

Article 19 (Obligations Regarding Member ID and Password)

  • ① Except as stipulated in Article 17, the responsibility for managing the member’s ID and password lies with the member.
  • ② Members shall not allow their ID or password to be used by a third party.

Article 20 (Obligations of Users) Users shall not engage in the following activities:

    • 1. Providing false information during application or updates.
    • 2. Misusing or stealing another person’s information.
    • 3. Altering information posted on "ReVive".
    • 4. Transmitting or posting unauthorized information, such as computer programs, that are not specified by "ReVive".
    • 5. Infringing on the copyrights or intellectual property rights of "ReVive" or third parties.
    • 6. Damaging the reputation of "ReVive" or third parties or interfering with their operations.
    • 7. Posting or disclosing obscene, violent messages, images, audio, or other content that violates public morals on "ReVive".

Article 21 (Relationship Between Linked "ReVive" and Sub-"ReVive" Websites)

  • ① If an upper-level "ReVive" website and a lower-level "ReVive" website are connected via hyperlinks (e.g., hyperlinks may include text, images, or animations), the former is referred to as the "Linked "ReVive"" (website) and the latter as the "Sub-"ReVive"" (website).
  • ② If the Linked "ReVive" explicitly states on its initial page or at the moment of connection (e.g., through a pop-up) that it does not guarantee responsibility for transactions conducted independently by the Sub-"ReVive" through the goods or services it provides, the Linked "ReVive" shall bear no responsibility for such transactions.

Article 22 (Copyright Ownership and Restrictions on Use)

  • ① Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by "ReVive" belong to "ReVive".
  • ② Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use for commercial purposes any information owned by "ReVive" without prior approval. This also applies to allowing third parties to use such information.
  • ③ If "ReVive" uses copyrightable materials attributed to users based on mutual agreements, "ReVive" must notify the relevant user.

Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)

  • ① "ReVive" shall establish and operate a compensation processing system to address and resolve users' legitimate complaints and compensate for any resulting damages.
  • ② Complaints and opinions submitted by users shall be handled as a priority. If immediate resolution is not possible, "ReVive" must promptly notify the user of the reasons for the delay and provide a timeline for resolution.
  • ③ In the event of an e-commerce dispute between "ReVive" and a user, if the user submits a claim for damage relief, the dispute may be referred to mediation by the Fair Trade Commission or a dispute resolution agency designated by the local city or provincial governor.

Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

  • ① Legal disputes arising between "ReVive" and users related to e-commerce shall be governed by the jurisdiction of the court corresponding to the user’s address at the time of filing. If the user does not have an address, the local district court for their residence shall have jurisdiction. If the user's address or residence is unclear, or if they reside abroad, the dispute shall be submitted to the court determined by the Civil Procedure Act.
  • ② Disputes between "ReVive" and users regarding e-commerce transactions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
